Audio, video and lighting under one team

Your speakers get the sound they need, your audience gets screens they can actually see, your ballroom gets lighting that makes it feel like an event, and your DJ or MC keeps the party moving. Behind it all is ATG Entertainment, an audio, video and lighting production team based in Matthews, serving companies, associations and nonprofits across the Charlotte area.

One team plans it, sets it up, runs it and tears it down, so you have one call to make instead of four.

Frequently asked questions

What does an AV company do for a corporate event?

Your event gets sound, video and lighting that are handled and run for you. That means microphones and speakers so every speaker is heard, screens or LED walls so your audience can follow presentations and video, and lighting that sets the room. Everything is set up before your guests arrive, run during the event and taken down afterward.

How much does event AV cost in Charlotte?

It depends on the room size, the number of screens and microphones, and how much lighting and staging you want. Every ATG event is planned around you, and setup, breakdown, planning and travel are included. Request info with your date and venue and we will put together options.

Do you work with nonprofits?

Yes. Galas, fundraisers and awards nights are a big part of what we do. Tell us about your event and budget and you will get a package built around it.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. ATG carries a business license and liability insurance ($1,000,000 per occurrence, $2,000,000 aggregate).

Can you work with our venue's in-house AV?

Yes. We coordinate with venue staff ahead of time on power, load-in times and anything the venue provides.

How far ahead should we book?

As early as possible, especially for holiday season and spring gala dates. Last-minute dates sometimes work too, so it is always worth asking.
