From the first song to the last photo, your event is in the hands of ATG Entertainment, a Matthews, NC team of DJs, MCs, lighting and AV techs, photo booth hosts and event producers. Since 2000 we have produced Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, proms, school dances, galas, conferences and company parties across the Charlotte area.
Our story
Brian Hines founded ATG in 2000 and still runs it from our office and warehouse in Matthews. What started as a DJ company grew into a full production team:
Today most of our work is teen celebrations (Bar and Bat Mitzvahs, proms, homecomings, school dances and Sweet 16s) and corporate and nonprofit events, from galas and fundraisers to conferences and holiday parties.
At The Mitzvah Showcase, which we host, Charlotte families can see Mitzvah entertainment, lighting and effects in a real room before they plan.
How we work
Clean music, every event
At every ATG event, your guests hear clean, edited music, adult events included. That’s just the way we roll. If you want explicit music, we’ll gladly point you to someone else.
One team for everything
Your DJ, MC, lighting, LED wall, staging, sound, photo booths and streaming come from the same crew, so it all works together and you have one call to make.
We plan the entertainment side
We build the timeline, MC script, music, lighting and effects with you. We aren’t a full event planner, and we work side by side with yours.
Enhancements on their own
Already have a DJ? You can still add our lighting, LED walls, photo booths and effects on their own.
Schools made easy
We accept purchase orders and send a W-9, and we work with CMS, Union County, Lincoln County and Gaston County schools.
Licensed and insured
Yes. We have a business license, and we carry liability insurance ($1,000,000 each occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate). We can send a certificate of insurance to your venue on request.
