Why rent an LED wall?

An LED video wall changes a room. It is bright enough to see in a fully lit ballroom, it can be as big as your stage, and it turns slides, videos and live camera shots into the centerpiece of your event. At a Mitzvah or prom, live dance cam puts your guests on the big screen with photo montages and custom graphics. At a corporate event or gala, the wall carries your presentations, sponsor loops, mission video and live auction.

Every ATG wall is outdoor-rated with a 1.9mm pixel pitch, so your guests see a sharper image than typical rental walls, from the front row to the back of the room.

What goes on the screen

  • Presentation slides and videos for conferences and meetings
  • Mission videos, sponsor loops and live auction items for galas
  • Live camera shots of speakers, honorees or the dance floor
  • Photo montages for Mitzvahs, anniversaries and celebrations
  • Custom motion graphics in your colors or theme

At one employee event, the screens became an underwater world with tropical fish. At a talent showcase, the split wall framed every performer. Read our LED wall size guide for help choosing.

What’s included with your LED wall rental

  • Delivery, setup and breakdown, with load-in scheduled with your venue
  • Someone to run the wall: content switching, live camera feeds and cues
  • A look at your floor plan ahead of time to choose the right size and placement
  • Advance planning and travel

Add to it: white, black or LED staging, two 65-inch TVs for side screens or sponsor loops, moving-head lighting, custom content, and a live stream so remote viewers see what the room sees. One team runs the screens, the sound and the lights together, which is why planners hand us the whole show. See Corporate AV in Charlotte.

LED walls across Charlotte

Our walls have carried a nonprofit capital summit across three spaces at Bank of America Stadium, an outdoor movie screening and a pediatric cancer research gala at Trump National Golf Club, charity galas at The Casey, an NYC-themed Bat Mitzvah at Temple Beth El and a Super Bowl-themed B’nai Mitzvah at The Ruth. At a Lincoln Charter School prom, four video wall columns lit up the dance floor.

Every room is different, so we check ceiling height, power and load-in with your venue before the event. See all of our Charlotte venue guides.

What clients say about our screens and production

“On January 11th we had our annual employee event, "Under the Sea." Brian and his staff were able to create animated vertical screens with tropical fish swimming around the ocean. The experience made our guests really feel like they were part of an under the sea adventure.”

Frequently asked questions

How much does it cost to rent an LED wall in Charlotte?

It depends on the size of the wall, how long it is up and what runs on it. Every ATG quote is custom, and setup, breakdown, planning and travel are included. Request info with your date and venue.

What size LED wall do I need?

It depends on the room and how far back your guests sit. A 3'x8' LED column on a truss totem works as a DJ or sponsor screen, a 7'x12' wall works for many ballrooms, and larger rooms or main-stage events often need 8'x14' or 9'x16'. We recommend a size once we see your floor plan.

LED wall or projector?

Choose an LED wall when the room will be well lit, the event is outdoors, or you want a big bright backdrop with video and live camera shots. A projector and screen can work for a small room you can darken, mostly for slides.

Do you provide someone to run the LED wall?

Yes. The wall is delivered, set up and run for you, including switching content, live camera feeds and cues during your program.

Can the LED wall be used outdoors?

Yes. Our walls are outdoor-rated, and they have carried outdoor movie screenings and outdoor celebrations.

Can you rent a stage and lighting too?

Yes. Add white, black or LED staging, pipe and drape, 65-inch TVs and moving-head lighting, all run by the same team.
