If you're planning a Bar Mitzvah or Bat Mitzvah in Charlotte, you've probably noticed that the vendor list alone can wear you out. A DJ, a photographer, a caterer, décor, a photo booth, favors, invitations, a planner. That's a lot of separate meetings, a lot of driving around town and a lot of trying to picture how it will all look together.
For years, families have asked us the same question: "Who else do you work with?" The Mitzvah Showcase is our answer.
What is The Mitzvah Showcase?
On January 10, 2027, ATG Entertainment and Heather Rasowsky of Razzle Dazzle are bringing the Charlotte Mitzvah community together at Shalom Park
It's free to attend, but tickets are limited, so families need to register ahead of time at themitzvahshowcase.com.
This is not a vendor fair
You know the kind of bridal show with rows of folding tables and brochures? This isn't that. The Mitzvah Showcase is set up like a real party, so you can walk through it and experience everything firsthand:
- A DJ spinning live
- Lights flying across the room
- A massive video wall lit up with custom graphics
- Photo booths going off
- Caterers plating real food in front of you
- Live airbrush artists at work
Décor companies transform the room while photographers and videographers capture the day just like a real Mitzvah. You're not just looking at pictures of what a vendor does. You're standing in it.
Every vendor was hand-picked
This isn't open enrollment. Every vendor at the Showcase is someone we know, trust and put our name behind. These are the people we work alongside at Mitzvahs all over Charlotte, and we want you to meet them face to face.
Bring the kids
This day is not just for mom and dad. The kids are the stars of any Mitzvah, and they're the stars of the Showcase too. There will be games and fun things for them to do, and they'll get to see what their big day could look like.
It also gives you a chance to watch how we interact with kids on a real dance floor. Ask any parent: that's the thing you most want to see before you book an MC.
Why we created it
Planning a Mitzvah should be exciting, not exhausting. When you can meet your entire team in one room, see how the lighting looks with the décor, taste the food and watch the DJ work a crowd, you can make decisions with confidence. You'll also see how everything fits together, which is the part that's hard to imagine from a website.
We'll be right there in the middle of it, so you're not just meeting vendors. You're meeting the whole team.
What you'll see from ATG
Walk into our part of the room and you're standing in the party itself: a live DJ and MC, dance floor lighting, a video wall running custom graphics, and photo booths you can actually step into.

- Families who already have a date locked and are filling in vendors
- Families who are still figuring it out and want ideas

Tips for getting the most out of the day
- Bring your date and venue if you have them, so vendors can tell you what's available.
- Bring your child. Their reaction to the lights, the booths and the dance floor will tell you a lot.
- Take photos and videos of setups you love.
- Set up one-on-ones with the vendors you click with. Many will book follow-up meetings right there.
