The Ritz-Carlton Ballroom is the room for a celebration that should feel like a big event Uptown. ATG has produced large proms and corporate holiday parties here, and brings a full Mitzvah production with an LED wall, LED dance boxes and Dancing on the Clouds into the ballroom.

- Prom builds here pair intelligent lighting with uplighting hung from truss totems to wash the dance floor, plus a full PA with subwoofers and a classic photo booth with a luxury lounge.
- A 150-guest holiday party ran a large video screen with music videos and cocktail-hour speakers in the pre-function space.

- We hang lighting on our own truss totems rather than hotel rigging.
- Cold sparks, CO2 and haze have been approved here before with the hotel's fire watch in place, so we start that approval early in planning.
- We coordinate dock, freight elevator and power with the hotel's events team, including dedicated circuits for an LED wall.

Yes. Our outdoor-rated 1.9mm LED wall and an LED dance stage both fit in the ballroom for a full Mitzvah production.
