Yes. We've produced proms for up to 1,200 students at the Convention Center.
How far ahead should a school book prom?
Proms usually book one to two years ahead. We accept purchase orders and provide a W-9.
Do you handle the center's power and dock rules?
We coordinate with the center's event services on dock times, power orders and any in-house requirements.
Do you also do smaller meetings here?
Yes, from 50-person nonprofit events to corporate sessions.
