What the role is
On Indeed this role is called Interactive Entertainer / Party Motivator. You lead games, dance with guests, hype the crowd and keep the energy flowing for the whole event. Think of it as part performer, part camp counselor and part hype squad.
If you love music, movement and making people smile, this is the most fun side job you’ll ever have. It’s perfect for teachers, dancers and fitness instructors.
What an event looks like
- You arrive with the crew and get the plan for the event from your MC.
- You get the kids onto the dance floor from the very first song.
- You lead interactive games and group dances.
- You dance with guests of every age and keep the energy up between the big moments.
- You work alongside ATG’s DJs, MCs and production crew to create an unforgettable celebration.
What you’ll learn
- Leading a crowd of teens and families
- Running interactive games and group dances
- How a Bar or Bat Mitzvah flows, from the grand entrance to the last song
- Performing and leadership skills, with room to grow into MC and DJ roles as you gain experience

- Teaching, coaching, fitness, cheer, dance, theater or performing experience is a plus, but not required

ATG provides the training and the equipment, plus a great group of people to learn from. The right person doesn’t need experience.
