We usually get to the event 1-2 hours before our scheduled start time. Depending on how big of a setup we have, we might arrive 3 or 4 hours ahead of time.
When you receive a quote – everything is already included (Setup, Performance, Break Down, Advance Planning & Preparation, Practice Time, Travel, etc.)
Yes, we have a business license.
Yes, we have insurance ($1,000,000 each occurence and $2,000,000 aggregate).
Please provide us with an area 6-12 foot wide and 4 feet off the wall to allow us enough room to comfortably set up. We also need at least one 6- or 8-foot table, clothed and skirted 2 hours before our start time. If your engagement is outside, please keep in mind our equipment can be hurt by overexposure to heat or other elements such as rain. Under a tent or other shelter is usually sufficient in these cases.
ATG Entertainment is always happy to take requests. We even make it a point to announce throughout the event that we are taking requests. Our computer database system was bought specifically for this purpose. It helps us find those hard requests within a matter of seconds! So, yes we love requests. Our JOB is to play what your guests want to hear, but our SKILL is to fit it in the mix where it is appropriate.
For the majority of our events we dress formally in tuxedo attire. For more casual events, such as a summer company picnic, we may come with dress slacks and a golf shirt. Please talk with us about any other dress requirements for your event.

As soon as you know that you want quality entertainment. We never know when someone is going to take a date. Please call us to schedule a no obligation consultation. We will be more than happy to answer any questions that you may have and give you some creative ideas for your party as well. Saturdays book up the quickest, with Fridays and Sundays following in the demand.

There are a number of reasons why a DJ is the right choice for your event.
Unlike bands, who have a limited number of tunes that they can play, ATG Entertainment has over 30,000 titles at the touch of a finger. With this many songs we are sure to please all age ranges. We can even tell you within a matter of 10 seconds if we have the title that you are looking for or not (refer to the question above involving requests).
Not only will we be your disc jockey by playing music, but we will also act as your Master of Ceremonies for your event. For weddings this would include introducing all of the special moments including the Grand Entrance, First Dance, toasts, cake cutting, parent’s dances, the garter & bouquet tosses, etc. . . . We will also coordinate along with your photographer/videographer to make sure that all of these events are captured for you.
ATG Entertainment does not understand the phrase “ladies & gentlemen, we are about to take a 15 minute break. Please be patient while we return”. Unlike bands, we just do not need a break.. ATG Entertainment keeps the music rolling NON-stop for our scheduled time. It is our nightmare to see people walk off the dance floor!
